Group General Manager (Finance & Accounts) :

TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following posts on regular basis : 

  1. 1.      Group General Manager (Finance & Accounts) : 
No. of Post                                                   :  01
Educational Qualification                               :  CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Candidates with additional qualification of MBA (Fin.) from a reputed institution shall be given preference. 
Age                                                              : Maximum 52 years as on 01.08.2013 
Pay scale                                                      : Rs. 51300- 73000 (E8 – IDA)

Experience : 

Ø  For candidates working in Govt./PSU : The candidate should have minimum 20 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in Managerial Cadre, out of which minimum 3 years working experience in the grade of Rs. 37400-67000 (CDA) (with grade pay of Rs. 8900) or Rs. 43200-66000 (IDA).

OR

Ø  For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have 20 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in Managerial Cadre, out of which atleast 3 years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 21 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover of over Rs. 100 Crores.

Job Description: The candidate should have extensive familiarity with modern systems of financial & cost accounting, management reporting, taxation, financial planning, budgeting & budgetary control, tender evaluations, financial appraisal of projects, fund management & tax matters, preparation & finalization of accounts and banking including forex management. Issue of IPO & disinvestment etc. Candidate will have to liaison with financial institutions/banks, statutory auditors, CAG, Rating Agencies & Govt. Departments.

  1. 2.      Joint General Manager (Finance & Accounts) :

Educational Qualification                               :  CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Candidates with additional qualification of CS/MBA (Fin.) from a reputed institution shall be given preference. 
Age                                                              : Maximum 45 years as on 01.08.2013 
Pay scale                                                      : Rs. 36600- 62000 (E6 – IDA)

Experience : 

Ø  For candidates working in Govt./PSU : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.

OR

  • For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have 15 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which atleast 2 years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 16 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover of over Rs. 100 Crores.

OR

Ø  For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have 8 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which atleast 2 years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 8 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover of over Rs. 100 Crores.

  1. 4.      Deputy Manager (Finance) :

Ø  For candidates working in Govt./PSU : The candidate should have minimum 6 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which minimum 2 years working experience in the grade of Rs. 15600-39100 (CDA) (with grade pay of Rs. 6600) or Rs. 20,600-46,500 (IDA).

OR

  • For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have 6 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which atleast 2 years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 6 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover of over Rs. 100 Crores

General Manager (Civil)

Educational Qualification                               :  B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/University. 
Age                                                              : Maximum 45 years as on 01.08.2013 
Pay scale                                                      : Rs. 43200- 66000 (E7 – IDA)

Experience : For candidates working in Govt./PSU in the pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000 (CDA) (with grade pay of Rs. 8700) or Rs. 36600-62000 (IDA) : The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Civil Construction works, out of which minimum 8 years working experience should be in the field of Civil Constructions of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways etc.

OR

Ø  For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Civil Constructions works, out of which 8 years working experience in the field of Civil construction of Buildings, Roads, Bridges and Highways where two years experience should be as Head of Independent Business units. The candidate should have proven track record of business acquisition and project execution in the field of Civil works. The last package drawn should not be less than Rs. 18 lacs per annum in a company having annual turnover of more than 100 crores

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

No. of Post : 01 (One) 

Pay Scale : Rs. 62,000-80000 (IDA) i.e. E9 in TCIL

Job Profile :

Ø  Technology tracking and to be aware of technological changes in each sector and to identify suitable areas for TCIL’s diversification of business.

Ø  Business development and strategic business alliances in all sectors and new upcoming areas. (other than civil).

Ø  Business development and execution of turnkey projects in each sector.

Ø  Identification of technology partners in the related technology areas for bidding and execution of projects.

Ø  International market Analysis for Tendering & Execution.

Ø  Implementation of Project Management tools.

Ø  Preparation of National and International Tenders.

Ø  Maintaining appropriate corporate relations with clients and hi-tech companies worldwide

Qualifications :

Necessary : A First class Full time MBA (Marketing) from an Institute of repute.

Desirable : Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science/ IT/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications from an Institute of repute.

Experience :

Management executive having a minimum experience of 15 to 20 years experience in reputed organizations out of which at least 10 years experience should be in the field of Business development and execution of projects in Telecom /IT / Power/other allied fields and two years experience should be as head of an Independent profit making Business Unit/ SBU.  He should have proven track record of meeting order booking/turnover targets. The last CTC drawn should not be less than Rs. 22 lacs per annum in a company having annual turnover of more than atleast Rs. 100 Crores.

Other than above, the candidates having specific acumen for foreign projects and experience of business acquisition in foreign countries shall be preferred.

Maximum Age :  55 years for external candidates and one year relaxation for internal candidates as on 31.07.2013
